Inclement Weather Cancellation

All charters are subject to weather conditions. The Captain shall have sole discretion to cancel or postpone a charter due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. In the event of such cancellation, the Client may elect either:

  • A full refund of the $100 deposit,
  • Application of the deposit toward a future charter date.

Client Cancellation

A $100 deposit is required to confirm any reservation. Cancellation by the Client at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled charter date shall result in a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled charter date shall result in forfeiture of the deposit; however, the deposit may be applied toward a future charter at the Company’s discretion.

No-Show Policy

Failure of the Client to appear for the scheduled charter without prior cancellation shall result in forfeiture of the $100 deposit, with no option to apply said deposit toward a future charter.
